Can you split a TV antenna aerial into two without loss of quality? If so what's needed?


yes can divide incoming signal 2 using proper splitter (definitely *not* y-connector). understand doing cuts incoming signal voltage under half of you'd have without splitter.

may or may not okay tvs, depending on type , location of aerial , distance tv transmitters. won't know until try.

try first simple passive splitter, should quite inexpensive. if picture pixelates or freezes, may better amplified splitter. however, no guarantee -- important factors aerial -- it's installed, it's pointed, , how far transmitters.

amplifier added low-performing aerial system can bring worse results no amplifier @ all.

i have tv aerial coming house split two. it's kind of aerial on right in picture, want possible without losing quality?
