Uh oh.... ipod touch screen wont swipe!! .....doesn't recognise my touch??? O.o?

ok.... so. using itouch, battery went down entirely, switched off. freaking out.

plugged in charge- wont swipe @ all. whether plugged charger, mac, or not plugged in little charge, wont swipe @ all. there no bump, no drop, no water thrown on it, no sneezing; no incident between powering off , few seconds before plugged in. hasnt misbehaved otherwise.

ive wiped screen, washed hands, , asked nicely. still nothing.

out of warrenty, got lot of life left in it, , anyway love heaps. also- dont yell..... not backed ages , have lot of essential stuff on need.

way rescue it?

ive tried turning off , on, home button , top power key, or whatever called- obv since screen wont swipe- wont that. im trying power down again, turning off , on (tho cant past front screen), see happens then, it'll take while.

please helppp??
