Why did the Neanderthal's die out?
neanderthals died out 27,000 years ago. exact cause still debated. adapted cold weather living. first theory when weather warmed, large animals hunted no longer around, starved death. second theory killed off cro-magnon (early modern humans). third theory combination of first two.
latest theory cro-magnon more successful @ raising children adulthood.
in theory, cro-magnon on populated areas both lived, , used food resources, thereby forcing neanderthals starvation.
recent studies have shown better hunters humans , may have not been intelligent first thought. poor adapters?
or rude, invading cro-magnon's bully boys?
