Building callouses for guitar?


right, i'm trying learn play guitar, fingers hurt badly can barely hold chord @ all. doing best can , yet can't seem able practice more ten or fifteen minutes @ most. oober wimpy or there i'm missing? there way build callouses more here? , please not tell me keep playing , build callouses, because know this, if i'm barely playing @ due pain how long going take?
