1995 ford probe gt burns oil?

bought 1995 ford probe gt 2 months ago. check oil , anti-freeze ( did overall check seemed fine, drove it, worked, blast)
2 weeks after bought driving down road , check engine light came on. car stopped , had push side of road.
no oil.
did oil change , everything. 450 miles later, no oil. ever sense bought ive been putting 1 l of oil in every week , half. seems burning oil , anti freeze too. bought 115,000 miles on , runs great blows white smoke when start , when cooled out in mornings ( live in pa) doesn't seem wanting turn on , have no clue problem be. changed pcv valve, thats , need help.
doensn't want turn on when cooled in morning. have press gas medal quite few times , crank @ same time. shakes , turns on.
have 1995 ford escort gt hit deer new years night , i'm working on getting fixed can probe off road fix it. until stuck spending money on oil. need problem solved quick.
there knocking sound coming engine when first start it. when let warm idles @ around 400 rpm , randomly jumps 1000 rpm , down again. (sorry, want give detail possible can give me ideas of may need do)
sat year before bought it. owner bought dec 16th of 2011 , bought dec 6th of 2012 , put total of 467 miles on it. think sitting amount of time have problems having?
