Could I improve my gaming performance if I overclocked the RAM on my CPU?


vaio laptop few years old. has i3 dual-core processor , intel integrated gpu. here relevant specs:

ram: 4.00 gb (3.67 gb usable)
total video memory: 1751 mb
dedicated video memory: 128 mb

want able play higher end games @ decent quality, of now, high-end emulators run @ 25 fps; i'd them run @ 50-60 fps. seeing how can't apparently overclock ram on integrated gpu, overclocking ram on cpu make significant difference? if so, how should overclock it?
