Is this a fair deal my friend is offering me?


friend got ipod 5 along samsung galaxy iii. has ipod touch 4th gen , offered sell me $35. thought wow, ethier dumb, lieing, or ipod broken. hald right. ipod cracked @ top front camera is, lots of cracks (visible cracks) yet camera works fine. next fact @ bottom left little higher bottom right of screen crack runs along (barley visible , not affect touch screen) ipod works fine , im going go out , buy otter box case it, cracks wont visible. fair deal? have never owned ipod 4th gen, jsut 2nd gen later broke. in advance!
