How do I become more flexible?
stretch every night, @ least hour, if don't want to. if persistent , keep stretching, shouldn't long there. stretches recommend butterfly stretch, wall straddle, deep lunges, , of course, sitting in splits. never have push down!!!!! injured. , if stretching on own, careful! don't push far because injured too. safe , happy dancing!

i'm 13 years old. use dance hula & tahitian @ ages 6-7. stopped dancing. @ age 11 now, started dancing hip hop. want become more flexible & join jazz.
