What happens if you don't tip staff in USA?

servers have tip out other people work them too, tip out bartender, bussers, host, , kitchen. when person sits @ table , orders food, server has tip out other employees ordered too. if dont leave tip, server technically pays eat in restaurant. thats not fair, thats how works.

boyfriend european , has told me servers in europe, on average, paid lot more, tipping not required, cost of food higher. paid do.

yes, if husband american , has never tipped in life, asshole.

if go usa tourist , don't tip waitresses, taxi drivers , whatnot, happen? it's not i'd going same restaurant on , on spit in food or revenge... i'd never see them again. ever throw fit or anything?
