Whats a good breakfast if your gonna run 5k?


absolute best rule follow when comes race week never change anything. don't change training, don't change eat, don't change medicines take, don't change drink, gels use etc.
if have been training particular way (including how fuel runs) stick on race day. tell "oh such , such great pre race breakfast", , have , end stomach problems half way through race because stomach doesn't ate.

eat morning before race has absolutely no effect on energy levels or how run. takes hours upon hours eat broken down , used body. why when long distance runners carb load, in day, day before race.
eat on race day has more making sure aren't hungry during race , making sure don't encounter stomach problems.

eat eat before 5k runs. won't make feel heavy, give gas etc.

whether or not cramps individual thing. not rule everyone. can eat rather large meal , 20 minutes go 10 mile run without problem. other people sick if tried that. how eat before race individual, again why need keep same avoid surprizes.

tommorow morning gym class have run/jog 5k (outside while snowing..).

should eat breakfast give me enough energy won't heavy ( eating can apparently cause bad cramps if gonna run)
