had laptop running ubuntu, laptop stop working removed hard drive. purchased new in 1 computer windows 8. put hard drive old laptop in enclosure connects usb new computer. want recover pictures had in there in windows 8 computer external hard drive wont show on "my computer" other usb devices do. show on control panel in "devices". can do?
