hey in south africa should "white" hispanic guy live in sa. want move, speak dutch (and spanish) believe or not. reason being because parents worked in aruba when young , wanted send me best private school in aruban society, not new york city, london, or johannesburg there many elite schools choose from. 1 pretty catered dutch nationals lived wealthy. received dutch education (do not know if afrikaner school system derived netherlands), , learned spanish @ home , @ times english , learned dutch , english @ school. when parents realized spoke fluent dutch decided of waste made sure never forgot it. went holland , parents made me speak spanish or dutch...no english (which consider first language, language think in). , summer graduated high school in manhattan (i'm american), parents took me cape town...and drove throughout western cape our afrikaner tour guide , body guard. spoke him ease. slipped accent , understood because used hearing variants , incarnations of dutch language. having lived , been many islands within dutch caribbean , spoke old wealthy indonesian couple taught , spoke dutch , still do. amazed (look up, dutch has colonial history indonesia). anyway, fell in love south africa. spent 2 days in johannesburg, in sandton , loved cosmopolitan flair reminded me of new york city. , western cape, oh freaking gosh! beloved western cape. want live there, want die there. , durban have yet discover. visited stellenbosch university hell of , wanted go. summer of when graduated high
