I am from California, can I sue my employer for not paying my all my wages on time?
have clock in/out system slide card through device records time our supervisors approve , send human resources. supposed paid hour if work through our lunch break. believe supervisor deliberately not adding time pay check because gets in trouble when overtime. when point out facts can't deny them of course pays me. however, debating when pay period started because worked through lunch @ actual beginning of of pay period february 3rd, 2013; claims pay period began on 6th impossible because pay periods begin on sundays. can compensated intentionally lying this? can compensated everyday company didn't pay me wages on time? can sue pain , suffering time being wasted trying convince supervisor notify human resources cut me check hours worked?
