Worring about my Malayan Box Turtle.. :/?


hi guys,
have malayan box turtle me 1 year , 2 months. name charlie , male. first time got him eating , pooping , fine everything. january hasn't been eating lot , feel worried because hasn't been eating while. may because not giving him correct foods. know suppose eat everyday , should give him once week. every wednesday day give him treats such strawberrys, apples, bananas, lettuce, tomatoes , citric fruits such lemon , lastly in water give him turtle pellets vitamins , meat. on other days not sure give far know give dandelion greens, collards, romaine, mustard greens, kale , endives. hasn't been pooping much. please tell me reason , foods should eating more of thank you. please me reliable facts thank very me alot!!!
