Wrongful Termination?


terminated job recently. did have employee review little on month ago , on performance rating checked off " meets requirements." however,my manager informed me via telephone day after shift(my day off) , not given warning of anything. did ask, why , told "due review." o_o short story shorter,i ended call. live in massachusetts , question is, can seek legal action and/or sort of compensation?

have never been written , company hires on daily basis ( literally.) there plenty of ppl @ in job title , description "no call,no show literally 2 weeks straight , call outs weekly. still have job, work predominantly males , work collectively going exact same thing , getting paid exact same wage. along of co-workers in dept , liked. so that noted on review sheet manager.

still have badge ( policy of company supposed turn in voluntary or involuntary resignation) , not given nor told pick final check , told " not return last scheduled shift" when asked. hope, have provided readers enough information give me advice or suggestions. details welcomed.
