How long did it take you to do the splits?
got you, carried on , alll of sudden half inch off, still practicing after 1/2 year , there. depends on you. 2 days of streching ( obvs not day 30mins) have days rest , carry on trying again, should there, working me (slowly). x
if have tips let me know on 1 of questions x
i'm looking achieve bow , arrow move , before need able splits! been practising few months , i'm 3-4 inches off floor , not progressing. advice great. oh , i'm 25...not young 13 year old. serious answers please.
