consideration
tell me age
when realized
(unless it’s new now)
moon not bound
night. no, doesn’t care
sun hovers,
day or dark,
sky’s 1 earth-centric stone.
dichotomous ideas bind our minds:
sea , land, salt , pepper,
man , woman, beast , better.
our binary brains not well-made
fill-the-blank exams, agreed?
may answer yes or no.
luna not white or black
moth-gray.
let’s allow there’s more us.
upright bucket catches water,
no choice, imagined voice
patter of inevitable rainfall
gathering. join
group escape
empty life?
alone no option
our pail intellects.
i’m thinking of starting religion.
felt spark, admit it.
right wonder
if moon in sky.
