2006 pontiac Grand Prix shifting problems?


have base model pontiac grand prix (2006) driving through town car seems shift fine out missing beat, when i'm driving on highway, around 60-80 mph car jerks, not time, occasionally, rpm needle jerks between 2-3 rpm, speed sensor solenoids on transmission changed not long ago, no service or check engine lights come on either.
