Dance team tryouts! HELP?
right & left splits, need to:
*warm before stretching jogging or jumping jacks.
*do hip flexor (lunge) stretch & hold @ least 30 seconds.
*alternate & stretch each leg.
center splits:
*straddle stretch & reach on while in straddle stretch @ least 30 seconds.
*then, sit in middle split far could, & held there @ least 30 seconds.
stretch everyday @ least 10 minutes (alternating each position of course!), , can them in 3 weeks unless you're close.
ok have dance tryouts in month!! have able kick cap off head , splits in both legs.. cant of that.. , going freshman year.. help!! tips , how long stretch , please! make it!!
