Does too much time on the computer give you eye bags?


yes, , no.

culprit extended screen surfing. doing right before bed, can cause lose ton of needed sleep.

let me ask this. surf web before bed? watch tv? have other led light sources in bedroom still on when trying sleep? blue light computer screens stimulates you, , causes produce less melatonin(natural chemical produced in nice dimmed down setting in evening. signals brain , body calm down , sleepy.) if case you're starting pretty sleep deficit. add late night tv wind down session before bed or during web surfing, , tacks onto stimulation. plus in age glows blue, or led. cable box, dsl router, wifi router, on electronic device pretty distract , make hard sleep.

try 1 hour wind down. shut off everything, phone, computer, , grab old paper book. put dark tape (electricians tape) on pesky little lights i've become accustomed to. read low key book or chapter college class. end of hour i'm out cold. lights off/blocked , wake rested.

give shot couple weeks. you'll see routine lessen puffiness under eyes...in meantime try cucumber slices on eyes, or iced spoon (pop spoon in freezer 15 min. , apply eyes 1 min on , off, alternating between eyes ten minutes.) being puff down bit.

i have eye bags , think overuse of computer? yes or no ?
