Is it possible to have severe damage to your internal organs but no pain?


i'm being tested autoimmune disorders have 20 symptoms i've suffered years now. esr levels have been high 7 years.
these ailments more annoying painful. have crept on me on time , 'normal' me feel tired , depressed days.
want doctor investigate thoroughly in case there's wrong me. trouble dont want doctor think i'm time waster/ attention seeker/ malingerer.
in past have suffered severe mental health problems, have worked hard manage these. still feel rubbish , think part of fatigue due physical causes.
being scared of being seen attention-seeker has prevented me seeing doctor physical problems , i'm panicking i've allowed body develop serious damage.
