Is it worth upgrading my blackberry bold 9900 to the new blackberry z10?

1. processor: z10 (dual core processor, running @ 1.5ghz), bold 9900 - single core running @ 1.2ghz
2. storage: z10 16gb internal; bold 9900 - 2gb ( micro sd)
3. screen: z10 - hd, bold 9900 - non- hd
4. mobile hotspot z10 (8 devices max), bold 9900 (5 devices max)
5. hdmi out - z10 yes, bold 9900 no

i want know if blackberry 10 has better audio quality, video quality, more memory, faster processor etc. cost 500 dollars upgrade.
