Is this too much food...?


no didn't eat 800-1000 calories. try 400-500. throw in glass of skim milk calcium , have been good, sensible lunch.

now, eating dinner? , yes, eating dinner. , breakfast next morning.

if pizza had been loaded cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham and/or bacon maybe 800 calories. chicken , turkey - both low calorie, low fat meats - no cheese? no, not many calories.

5' teenager, 90lbs underweight. underweight. should eating, @ minimum, 1500 calories day. , that's still little.

applaud wanting keep eating under control please go see doctor , learn how proper way. otherwise can end injuring due malnutrition.

i had 1.5 slices of chicken , turkey pizza without cheese. feel awful eating much, think it's around 800-1000 calories.

btw im 16 , 90.5 lbs, 5 feet, trying lose weight... thx:)
