Refurbished vs. Used for a ps3?

normally, refurbished units have been cleaned , certified working manufacturer (sony, in case) whereas used units have not gone through process. refurbished units come sort of warranty well.

gamestop own refurbishing don't know why differentiate between "refurbished" , "used."

ps4, not known right now. use new controller small lcd screen on it. have dedicated video hardware can instantly share game videos of gameplay. not backwards compatible ps1/2/3 games allow play (some? all?) these titles through gaikai game streaming service. (i assume means have buy game - if have game disc...) have x86 process windows pc, 8gb of ddr5 vram, pc-style gpu graphics, faster blu-ray drive , hard drive. ps4 won't require constant internet connection (in case you're "anti-social" quipped sony) , still play used games. no idea price, games, or other features don't relate social media. there rumors psn won't free ps4 has yet confirmed or denied.

far, ps4 sounds rather pointless, boring, , overly expensive. i'd (seriously!) prefer buy ps2 instead of ps4 @ point.

what difference between refurbished , used? @ gamestop have both. if os refurbished more break or same used. know ps4?
