Why did Disneylan begin to restrict Fastpass return times?

didn't restrict it. made have show between times designated.

they're simple rules , they're there reason.

if says show between 12:00 , 12:50, know need show between times. learned how tell time *and* learned how follow rules. disney enforcing that.

need people follow rules , show @ designated time or fastpass system won't work intended. cause backups , angry guests if don't enforce it.
