Child care support took away all six grand..?


parents had divorce 2 years ago. father has had give away pretty portion of check away child support ever since me , other siblings live mom.

weeks ago, had taxes done. determined 6 grand, give or take few dollars. has received phone call, informing him child care support has taken away every cent him.

thing is, child care support supposed pay mother on monthly basis. have been failing in doing lately... , dad has not failed in payment them. i'm afraid of going happen 6 grand. since have failed in paying mother usual, have no idea if see dollar of 6 grand. can explain me what's happening? , mother supposed receive full payment child care support father paid them? pays them 4 hundred month, entitled 4 hundred or child care support bit of money?
