Is this PSU a good buy?

i've not used particular brand, have used cheap "no brand" psus @ price range. these aren't reliable , last year or so, last few years. i'd majority of pcs in world run on no-brand oem psus instead of branded high end ones. cheap psus name brands aren't reliable, believe 1 took out motherboard when died, electrical outlet on surge protector had black burnt marks on , heard pops more once. once replaced (with yet no brand mid range psu), no issue, no burnt marks no pops. bottom line, you'll have try see really, run of mill psu, guess need know if can claim warranty without lot of fuss if come that, precaution.
