looking parrot , these requirements:

must sweet , affectionate,
must smart , amusing , funny watch.
must not grumpy lot , bite.
must ok semi beginner.
must hardy, , not cost lot vet bills,
must medium.
can chatty not lout sun conure :)

suggestions? people have told me cockatiel work, dont know if cuddly , fun watch other parrots?
