I'm studying abroad in France! But I'm not sure where?


twin , have decided studying abroad spring 2014 semester. 2d animation students wanting learn french, why not go france? thing is, france has many different cities study in.
fashion major friend wants go us, don't want go paris. want on mediterranean. thinking marseille people have told me isn't best coastal city.
can go thats warm, on beach, french, lots of sailing , nautical life happening. want travel entire world eventually, now, city access trains wanted, can travel further. swimming , cliff diving , boats , beaches, arg, great! ..but warm enough swim anyway?
