Trumpet or trombone? How do I know which one I'd play or can that question not be answered?

if have bigger mouth fatter lips, trombone better, while smaller, thinner mouth, trumpet best. however, mouth can still adapt instrument, doesn't have decided straight away. if have small build , lungs, may find trumpet easier, doesn't need air, again, lungs , blowing power can adapt , develop on time. really, depends on want play. both versatile instruments, , can played in orchestras, jazz/swing bands , brass bands (although brass band leaders prefer have cornet). in general, trombones play tenor , bass parts, if you're wanting play lead melodies time, pick trumpet. but, in opinion, trombone slide more fun play!
