Which white paint for whole house?

we're extension built , taking opportunity redecorate whole house. want paint white, walls, ceilings, woodwork , floors. i'm going nuts trying find right white though! don't want brilliant or cold, don't want anywhere near magnolia have now, (also have 2 kids under 2 needs relatively maintenance friendly). has else solved white dilemma? it's wall colour worries me most...i chalky of farrow , ball can't afford it, want warmth without being yellow, cheapness expensive/antiquey , wipe or durability. starting places/ranges/things avoid? many reading.
