let's want start skydive center. start 2 people, myself (the pilot), , skydive instructor. provide airplane, , instructor supply gear. business grows, employ additional people such manifester, , additional jump masters. not sure "limited liability" begins , ends. i'm not sure if partnership or s-corporation or llc best. value of aircraft , gear combined reach $100,000. although skydiving can safe when taught correctly , equipment maintained, potential aircraft accident or parachute accident there.

wondering how insurance comes play in of this. partnership has unlimited liability. degree insurance protect if there accident? corporations have limited liability. how more protection give you?
