How to know what race/ancestry I am?

so, hispanic, south america. more on lighter side, though, have wondered other race/ancestry have. mean, know have indigenous blood of natives south america, have other race/ancestry. mean grandmother on moms side told me, grandfather black-african,. dad, told me grandmother (i never met since died when dad teenager) light skinned , had european features. in moms case, told me father (my grandfather's family) had italian or french ancestry along japanese ancestry. in that's told me, , im not sure if true though, although there no reason them lie. think have these race/ancestries in me. 1. native ancestry: have straight black hair 2. black ancestry: when coming out of shower hair becomes bit curly (my sister had curly hair when baby , grandmother on moms side, has naturally curly hair.) 3. european: fall more in light skinned category, told light skinned many people 4. asian: confused , told people asian, when smile. possible have these races in blood, , if not how can find out.

p.s. grandparents dead, except moms mom, since moms dad older grandmother (he born in 1914 , in marines during late 1930s , travel around many countries through marine sea ships). in dad side both grandparents dead (both born in 1920s). dont know ask, since when ask other relatives dont know. know of might cares, im curious.
