close purchasing ipad, need studies , easier using laptop @ home. own iphone , love it.

thing kind of stopping me youtube app on iphone doesn't play videos properly. keeps buffering every 2 seconds , extremely fustrating. unusable! begin , worked 2 months , how again. use youtube lot both on computers , phone (through website on safari works perfectly) , if ipad did same thing annoyed.
