About the wrong name on the pan card?

sir/madam.
had applied pan card in name of wife , sister @ same time
recieved both pan cards there mistake in wifes name
both pan cards had same middle name
after applied repair still did not recieve repaired 1 it's 3 monhs story
name printed on wife's pan card fallows

should
