How can I improve my spelling and reading?

hello everyone, 21 years old, live in england. have got mild learning disability, when born deaf couldn't speak until 2 think behind other children.

reading quite i'd when words come struggle or can't read them @ all. , when i'm studying want use word try using word says haven't spelt correctly , doesn't have suggestions word trying spell.

want advice on how can improve reading , spelling? have had enough of now, want learn , want know how spell properly. has microsoft office word got option can read words? way can learn. please don't leave rude or down putting comments confidence quite low.
