don't think it's pointless give "only" after 10 months of smoking... you'll able give habit quicker , easier people have been smoking longer, , have done less damage health , not have had crutch in stress times , have less ingrained within have part of normal routine in day rather being dependent on having smoke through day or part of day. sooner can quit smoking, better you.

if think too, if you're giving financial reasons, you'll saving tons of money straightaway, if you're getting cheapest packets out there, , won't in head justifying spending money.
