Mice got into my couch that was in storage, how do I clean the smell?

had bought new couch had move small place , had store while. expensive couch im hoping dont have throw out because brand new. anyway when cleaned out storage found several mice nest , droppings everywhere. didnt notice @ first when got couch home smell pretty awful right on it. more importanly im worried urine on surface , dont want kids touch till been cleaned. still safe use if clean well? im thinking call cleaning place monday mean time suggestions welcome. thank you!
