Pain in my breasts and chest to my back?

both breasts hurt right now, pressure , and runs through chest upper mid-back. throat/esophagus feels it's squeezing. breathing in doesn't help, , swallowing doesn't either. feel nauseous. feels innards being stirred slowly. when try feel heartbeat, can't feel it. feel something, , i'm pressing hand against left breast , makes me more nauseous.

happens 1-3 times every month randomly. extremely uncomfortable, weird pressure in breasts, chest, , throat , there's sharp pain in , feel nauseous. doesn't last long, few minutes. other times, lasts 5-8 minutes. 1 time came , lasted night, kept getting intense settling down , intense again.

during freshman year of high school (5 years ago) sitting in history class , of sudden esophagus spazzing out pretty violently. felt shoved hand throat, grabbed esophagus , trying rip out. lasted couple of seconds though. freaked me out.

seems increasing problem me, it's building up. don't know is.
