Should you workout everyday or every other day ?
you're person can answer question, have listen body , decide if working out every day right training schedule you. if you're not in proper shape, you're setting injury. if feel body can take workout every day without injury should fine! make sure you're not overworking body, running far/too fast without proper endurance opening wide door injury. said, can build on time.
also, remember rest days important training. if you're not giving body proper rest needs muscles never build. when push body hard during workout, muscle fibers tear. while traumatic on small level, these micro-tears still painful , cause feel sore after workout. after hard workout, body works rebuild itself. micro-tears in muscle fibers need repaired, , body not mends these tears creates additional muscle fibers layer of protection. body creates these new fibers, gain muscle , build strength. if don't give body time recover torn muscles you'll leave exposed injuries , you'll never progress in training. so, while may fine run while sore, if train hard , don't allow body recover, you'll notice signs of overtraining. symptoms of overtraining include fatigue, persistent soreness, overuse injuries , fitness plateau. soreness not mean overtrained, if feel sore throughout several weeks, it's time rest , adjust running schedule adequate recovery.
