Just got an initial job offer. How do I ask for more because the salary is less than what it was advertised?


have got initial job offer $75k + benefits . salary job 40 $50/hr ( advertised on website) first job in usa , have no industrial experinces, in position great offer. mentioned less advertised on website . need job , don't want lose feel should give counter offer (at least $10k/year more)
