basically, company called convergence energy sells units of solar panels owned on solar farm (a remote location you). if information correct, each unit generates $5,500 year in energy sales, given in check monthly.

idea $7,900,000 in investments given me loan , purchase 100 units of panels. using money procured energy sales per unit (so $5,500 x 100 per year, $550,000) pay loans given me buy solar panels, while making profit off of remaining cash flow energy sales.
