How do I get a more firm appointment at this Chevy dealership?

have oil leak on camaro , i'm still under warrenty. there 1 chevy dealership in area. made appointment online, when got there, didn't honor , said accept appointments made phone call. so, scheduled appointment week later, , told me have sort of wait list system. accept amount of people per day , have @ 6:30 first come first serve. of course, got there @ 8, had me wait hour , said couldn't me in.

normal? thought appointments supposed set times or windows. have make appointment days or week in advance. did research on dealership , apparently has horrible reviews customer service.

can firm appointment. don't have time keep driving out there turned away. had bit of quarrel on phone last time 1 of managers arguing on wait list. trying set time last time , refused budge. said come in anytime wanted not expect car fixed if come in past 10.
