I am laid off can I say no to work?

not have option, if employer on lay-off must work when called. must report earnings , unemployment adjusted accordingly.
not "mess" up.... , in fact may not lose unemployment week, depends on how make , how relates percentage weekly benefit amount. allowed work , not lose benefits amount (which varies each person based on earnings, benefits, etcetera...)

if refuse work mess unemployment if refuse work become ineligible unemployment, , once happens screwed.....
