Which gaming PC should I buy?


hello,

don't know awful lot computers , looking gaming pc.
have no idea start.

play skyrim on highest settings.
love play swtor on high settings , want able play new elder scrolls online...
relatively future proof. mean either graphics card etc capable of playing future games (within reason) or can upgraded needed.
hate windows 8 need windows 7.

i'm open budgets if can cheap great!

have mouse, keyboard , monitors should cut costs!
