How do I delete ALL of my search history and everything?

i've had laptop few weeks there won't loads on there.
figured when got this, parents wouldn't care got to, think mom's getting suspicious because close every time sees me because don't want know i'm on y!a because might read questions , answers , embarrassing. haven't been looking rude stuff or anything... don't want parents see kind of record of i've searched.
so, delete every site on history thing on favourites, feeds , history thing (alt+c) or stored somewhere else, too?
also, when google something, comes things i've searched previously; how can stop this?
please explain can- i'm not @ following instructions! :s
