Present Ideas for a "Childrens Party Themed" 21st party?


so, (female) friend having 21st next week, , opposed usual plan (drinking, clubbing, getting drunk, getting off people, haha!) she's decided throw "childrens party" themed shindig instead.
in, it'll still people in late teens/early twenties, , im sure there'll drinking, insted of going out it'll like... pass parcel, musical chairs, pinata, cheesy nineties music, cupcakes, balloons, etc.
i'm trying think of birthday present (that fits theme!) , im stumped.
want 21 year old enjoy/think cool, still works theme. ideas?
