Which position in hockey is the hardest to play?


above me has said goalie. while in general every player has learn , able read , react quickly, i'll goalie. goalie on ice 60 minutes in regulation. if necessary gotta count ot , shootout. in playoffs, gotta keep team elimination, in 60+ minutes of ot. goalies face ton of shots, penalty kills, odd-man rushes, , breakaways. can't afraid stop 100 mph pucks, when make save mask. goalies better @ making huge desperation saves others, gotta gotta keep puck going net. in case goes wrong defensively, goalie best friend (besides 3 pipes beside , above him). so, there's lot of pressure goalies play hardest , best.

today friends , having argument on position hardest play. dead set on defence position hardest position play. guys think?
