Can I drive a pipe into my saturated drain field (laundry water) and relieve the backup?

if leach field saturated have 1 of 2 problems: 1) if entire area around leach lines saturated, field not big enough. water still getting out of perforated leach lines, ground not draining fast enough. solution: try use produce less waste water (maybe high efficiency washer?) or increase size of leach field. leach lines may not longer 100 ft per code, if long you'll have add more. minimum clearance between 6 ft.
2) if part of leach field saturated, leach lines getting buildup , can no longer drain properly. mentioned already, require @ minimum digging them up, replacing pipe, , possibly replacing drain media in trenches.
i'd guess you'll need permit either of these projects there code requirements followed proper leach line installation.
edit: should noted if drain media (gravel) under leach lines clogged have either case above.
