Would i need neighbours permission to extend my drive way?


brought house 2 years ago. previous owner had disable child when did driveway did not build driveway house boundary neighbours one, did build fence on left side of drive way left gap have wheelchair access. hard explain. have put link takes picture. please have look. want pull fence out , take more left of drive way boundary. still in side. because nothing has been done last 2 years neighbour assuming section part of driveway. please have @ picture may confusing understand
